I am currently a graduate student in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), and I hate starting all of my profiles with that long locator string for my current position in the universe. Now I can jump into something that actually tells you about myself.
I’m a musician (I play the trombone), a skiier (when I find the time), and an avid cook. I graduated with an undergraduate degree from my present institution in 2003, and a masters in 2005. Now I’m in PhD Land and studying in the field of biometrics. You can find all the gory details of my research on my CMU-hosted page. For now, I’m spending a lot of time at school but trying to exist to some extent outside of that context. You can probably get a better idea of who I really am by reading the posts on this page and not just some silly bio. So go ahead, and get reading already.
